Facing the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, in order to proactively implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in Ninh Binh, on 29th January, 2021, Ninh Binh Department of Tourism issued Document No. 73/SDL -MQLDL on requesting the Management Board of tourist sites and tourism business units to urgently complete the following urgent tasks:

1. Regularly monitor and update Covid-19 epidemic information, continue to strictly follow the directing instructions of the Central Government, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Tourism on Covid-19 epidemic.

2. To take initiative in implementing measures to prevent and fight against complex Covid-19 epidemics, absolutely not neglecting and subjective in epidemic prevention work; ensure safe conditions for workers and tourists: perform body temperature measurement for guests travel, require workers and tourists to wear masks, keep a safe distance as prescribed, regularly monitor the health of tourists and workers, promptly notify organs such as: cough, fever, difficulty breathing .etc.

3. For tourist accommodation establishments: seriously implement the medical declaration at the software "Vietnam Health Declaration", guide tourists and workers at the unit to download and use the application "Bluezone" and strictly implement daily guest declaration for the authorities to synthesize and track.

4. Pause tours in epidemic areas, especially from Hai Duong and Quang Ninh provinces, Ha Noi to ensure safety for tourists, workers and community until the epidemic Covid-19 is controlled. At the same time, it is necessary to synchronize management measures and closely monitor the development of the health of tourists.

5. Assign the Department Inspector coordinate with the Tourism Management Department, Trang An Landscape complex Management Board and relevant units to inspect the implementation of the units, promptly detect and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law.
