Kim Son District is located at Southeast of Ninh Binh Province, 27 kilometers from Ninh Binh City. Kim Son has nearly 18 kilometers of coastline, creating a massive ecological fringe, with an area of 105 thousand hectares.
Thung Nang or Sunshine Valley is located in Dam Khe Hamlet, Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu District.
