June 2025 recorded tourism activities in Ninh Binh continuing to be bustling, many special events were organized, attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists. Notably, Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2025 with the theme "The Golden Color of Tam Coc - Trang An" was successfully organized, contributing to renewing tourism products, increasing the attractiveness of destinations and stimulating the summer tourism market.
In addition, Ninh Binh province has proactively promoted the image of tourism in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium (from June 3-11) and participated in the International Tourism Fair in Lao Cai, demonstrating its determination to promote tourism to the international market. The grand music event scheduled to be held on June 29 at Dinh Tien Hoang De Square (Hoa Lu city) is also an expected highlight, contributing to diversifying the experience for tourists.
Impressive growth in visitors and revenue
According to statistics, in June, Ninh Binh is estimated to welcome over 661,000 visitors, an increase of 48.05% over the same period last year. Of which, there were nearly 155,000 overnight visitors and the total number of days of stay reached nearly 169,000 days, both of which increased sharply over the same period.
Total revenue from tourism activities in June reached nearly 718.5 billion VND, up 48.07% over the same period in 2024. Of which:
Accommodation revenue reached nearly 88 billion VND (up more than 1.5 times),
Restaurants reached nearly 384 billion VND,
Transportation reached 85 billion VND (up 49.3%),
Admission tickets reached over 43 billion VND (up 28.7%),
Sales of goods and souvenirs reached over 53 billion VND,
Other services reached nearly 66 billion VND.
In the first 6 months of 2025, Ninh Binh welcomed about 7.27 million visitors, up 18.99%; Total tourism revenue is estimated at nearly VND 7,715 billion, up 32.68% over the same period in 2024. Most types of services have grown well, of which revenue from sightseeing tickets and souvenirs increased by over 44% and 34.8%.
Ensuring safety and civilization in tourism activities
In parallel with tourism development, the work of ensuring security and order, environmental sanitation, improving service quality and behavioral culture continues to be seriously directed by the Department of Tourism. Tourist areas and spots increase investment in infrastructure, equipment and human resources, ready to welcome visitors with the best conditions.
