Ninh Binh attends HCMC's 17th International Travel Expo

Ninh Binh's tourism sector and 19 local travel firms attended the 17th International Travel Expo 2023 in Ho Chi Minh city, from Septemter 7-9 to promote its tourism potential and tourist attractions.

Themed "Connectivity, Growth, Sustainability", the three-day expo is also seeing 199 buyers from 42 countries and territories which are Vietnam's key and potential inbound tourism markets, including Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Poland, the US, France, Malaysia, and New Zealand.

The expo attracts more than 400 enterprises, including international businesses from countries and territories worldwide, including management units, leading tourism experts, travel firms, airlines, and hotels.

At the fair, Ninh Binh introduced and provided information about its tourism images, and UNESCO-recognised Trang An cultural and natural heritage in a bid to attract more domestic and international visitors.

Numerous local OCOP products are being introduced at the fair.

On the opening day, Ninh Binh worked with 90 partners and travel companies to introduce the province's cultural values and tourism potential

The event is an opportunity for localities and travel firms to introduce and promote their images, cultural values, natural resources, and special tourist products to visitors and contribute to improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese tourism.

The ITE-HCMC 2023 co-organized by the HCMC People's Committee and Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) will run until September 9.
